Return / Refund Policy
Every painting you buy is carefully inspected before shipped. If
the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt of
the parcel,
please contact us immediately after package arrives for a
return. All painting claims should be made within 14 days of
receipt of order.All
claims must be first made by e-mail with a good quality jpeg
image from the photo taken of the painting in question. If you
find any quality problem of our art paintings, we will replace you
with the new paintings in a short time without extra cost.
Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the parcel
if shipped by DHL/TNT/FedEx/UPS. charges on CBM if it is shipped by sea
container.
