Why are there no
prices on this site?
This is mainly for Wholesale customers so
please register to get your pricing if that is you. Or you can
use the shopping cart to make a quotation required.
Are all paintings
hand made oil paintings?
Yes, they are 100% hand painted.
What if my favorite painting is not in your gallery ?
Our gallery represents only a fraction of
what we can offer. If you would like a
quotation to reproduce your favorite
painting, then just let us know. Contact
us.
What is the minimum
quantity of paintings I can order?
This is a wholesale site direct from the
artists to you mainly for Galleries and
Wholesalers.
The benefits of larger orders and shipping
costs are obvious.
It is available to place a small sample
order to test.
What about Frames?
This a wholesale website, regarding frames,
there is minimum order quantity of
200frames, 20 pieces each item chosen.
We ship frames normally by Sea Container. Simply
let me know what style you prefer and we will
your images for your selection.
If I am not happy
with my paintings what happens?
If you are not happy then we either replace
your painting or give you a refund. Our
business is based on recommendation. Repeat
orders and our reputation are very important

How long before I
receive my oil paintings?
All orders are processed once payment has
been sanctioned. We are usually able to ship
within 15/17 days of receipt of paid order
for smaller orders but ALL delivery periods
will be confirmed with you quotation..
How is my order
sent?
We normally use TNT, UPS, FedEx ,Air Cargo or Sea
Container.
Paintings are usually in transit for 2/3
days. Both have the benefit of on on-line
tracking system via their websites. This
means that once your shipment has been
collected we can contact you with the airway
bill number so that you may track delivery
of your painting yourself.
How do I pay?
We accept
Credit card,Paypal,
Western union and wire transfer (T/T)
presently.

Can you paint
portraits?
Yes, just go here and give us your details,
e-mail/post us your image or photo and we will
quote you by return.
Will I have to pay
customs duty?
This varies from country-to-country.
Generally, our customers will not have to
pay duty on personal items less than $500 in
value and in most countries hand-painted
oils on canvas do not attract duty. However,
please check the Customs or the postal
authorities in your country if you have any
questions.
U.S. Customs imposes NO IMPORT DUTY on hand
painted oil on canvas paintings. The point
of entry into the United States makes no
difference nor does the state of final
destination.

Costs?
We do not hide the cost of shipping from
you. You pay a fair price each time with no
hidden costs.
Do you
also carry a paper catalog?
No, but we will send one CD-ROM including
the sample order.
